Refund Policy
1. Payment and Booking
All coaching sessions and packages with Ahavah Coaching must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment confirms your reserved session time and allows us to prepare for your coaching experience.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be refunded in full or rescheduled at no cost.
• Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is not guaranteed and may be considered a late cancellation.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows (clients who miss their scheduled session without notice) will forfeit the full session fee.
This policy ensures fairness and respect for both your time and the coach’s schedule.

4. Packages and Multi-Session Plans
If you purchase a package of sessions:
• Sessions must be used within one year
• Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the allowed time frame.

5. Exceptions
Ahavah Coaching reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.
We approach these matters with understanding and fairness.
